About The Position

Requirements

Prior BDC experience preferred but not required.
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously and in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with the VIN Solutions CRM tool is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Respond to all incoming internet inquiries and online chats.
Provide continuous follow-up via phone and email throughout the customer's buying cycle.
Set sales appointments for customers and assign to appropriate sales staff.
Keep a daily log of appointments and communicate with management.
Utilize dealership database for all customer contact, appointments, tracking and notes.
Convey general information regarding current inventory or specials.
