About The Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated BDC Representative to join our team and contribute to outstanding customer experiences. The BDC Representative plays a key role in driving sales and service appointments through effective communication and exceptional customer service. This position requires handling both inbound and outbound calls with a positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in telemarketing, customer service, automotive, or business development preferred.
  • Familiarity with scripted communication and sales processes.
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor during all customer interactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency including data entry and knowledge of Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and schedule sales appointments following provided scripts.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to schedule sales and service appointments.
  • Document customer comments and interactions accurately.
  • Schedule follow-up contacts if appointments are not made initially.
  • Confirm and reschedule customer appointments as needed.
  • Update appointment boards and inform relevant departments about scheduled appointments.
  • Follow up with sales and service teams to verify appointment outcomes.
  • Maintain and update customer database information with accuracy.
  • Generate and distribute marketing communications such as letters, postcards, and emails based on predetermined schedules.
  • Contact internet customers via phone and email to set appointments and respond to website inquiries.
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned.
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance goals.
