About The Position

Chevrolet of Wesley Chapel is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to support the sales team by connecting with customers, scheduling appointments, and creating a positive first impression of the dealership. The position involves responding to sales inquiries and internet leads, communicating with customers by phone, text, and email, maintaining customer records in the CRM, and coordinating with the sales team to support appointment attendance and customer satisfaction. The employer requires a high school graduate or equivalent and applicants to be at least 18 years old. The workplace is drug-free. Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities
