About The Position

Solution One is seeking a Business Development/Capture Analyst to support opportunity identification, capture execution, and proposal development across multiple federal programs. This is an entry-level analyst position intended for candidates seeking a career in federal business development, capture management, or proposal operations. The incumbent will work under the direction of senior Business Development and Capture leaders and will gain exposure to the full federal acquisition lifecycle. Requirements

Research or analysis related to federal acquisition or government programs
Supporting proposal or capture efforts
Data analysis, reporting, or pipeline tracking
Administrative or analytical support in a professional services environment
U.S. citizenship required
Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (Secret or higher) may be required depending on assignment
Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree in business, Management, Supply Chain, Political Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred but not required if experience is sufficient

Responsibilities

Monitor federal opportunity sources such as SAM.gov, agency forecasts, FPDS, GovWin, and industry announcements
Assist with identification, qualification, and tracking of federal contracting opportunities aligned to SOI’s capabilities and SDVOSB status
Conduct customer, incumbent, and competitor research to support capture strategies
Assist in the preparation of: Capture briefs and summaries
Assist in the preparation of: Win themes and discriminators
Assist in the preparation of: Competitive assessments and SWOT analyses
Support proposal development activities, including: RFP analysis and summaries
Support proposal development activities, including: Compliance matrices and requirements traceability
Support proposal development activities, including: Past performance data collection
Maintain BD and capture data in internal systems and trackers
Prepare pipeline and capture status reports for leadership
Coordinate with operations, recruiting, pricing, and executive teams
Support industry day participation, capability briefings, and teaming activities
Perform other duties as assigned in support of business development and capture operations
