About The Position

As a key member of the Strategy and Business Development team, you will support initiatives that strengthen partnerships, improve operational execution, and enhance product awareness. In this role, you will serve as a central point of coordination across teams, helping ensure seamless communication, timely issue resolution, and successful execution of strategic priorities. Additionally, there is an externally facing component. You will partner closely with pharmaceutical manufacturers during vendor setup while collaborating across internal cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and execution. Your ability to stay organized, build relationships, and drive follow‑through will directly support growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, healthcare, or life sciences.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, business operations, or a healthcare-related role.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing workflows, coordinating projects, or resolving operational issues.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare services.
  • Exposure to contracting, compliance, or pricing processes.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross‑functional communication to support business development initiatives and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Track, document, and manage operational issues related to pharmaceutical manufacturers, including contracting, compliance, logistics, and product setup.
  • Execute workflows that support issue resolution, contract administration, product access, and documentation needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders across contracting, compliance, operations, finance, pricing, and customer service to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Support onboarding, launch, and maintenance of products and partnerships by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and communication.
  • Maintain accurate trackers, documentation, and reporting related to manufacturer issues and implementation status.
  • Escalate complex or high‑risk issues with clear documentation and recommended next steps.
  • Support leadership with reporting, quarterly business review preparation, and market research.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and driving operational efficiency.
  • This role will be externally facing, partnering closely with pharmaceutical manufacturers during vendor setup while collaborating across internal cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
