About The Position

RemX, Employbridge’s professional staffing division, is seeking a Hybrid Business Development Manager to join their team in Dallas, TX. This role focuses on connecting top-tier talent with employers seeking specialized administrative, accounting, contact center, and professional roles. The position involves prospecting for new clients, managing existing accounts, and utilizing social selling techniques to identify and address talent challenges for businesses in finance, administrative, and technical sectors. The ideal candidate will deliver consultative solutions emphasizing quality, speed, and professionalism to secure new business and foster long-term customer partnerships.

Requirements

  • Experience in the staffing industry
  • Professional presence, strong communication skills, and a consultative selling approach.
  • Proven success generating new business with tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.
  • Business acumen—able to discuss market trends in professional, clerical, and specialized roles.
  • Strong organization, time management, and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and outside sales experience.
  • Must reside in Dallas, TX area.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for professional-level clients (70% in the field, 30% account management).
  • Build relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and executives.
  • Use LinkedIn and social selling to attract customers in finance, administrative, and technical spaces.
  • Identify talent challenges such as skill shortages, hiring timelines, and retention barriers.
  • Deliver consultative solutions with a focus on quality, speed, and professionalism.
  • Win new accounts and grow long-term customer partnerships.
