About The Position

RemX, Employbridge’s professional staffing division, is seeking a Hybrid Business Development Manager to join their team in Dallas, TX. This role focuses on connecting top-tier talent with employers seeking specialized administrative, accounting, contact center, and professional roles. The position involves prospecting for professional-level clients, with a significant portion of time spent in the field (70%) and the remainder in account management (30%). The manager will build relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and executives, utilizing tools like LinkedIn and social selling to attract clients in finance, administrative, and technical sectors. Key responsibilities include identifying talent challenges, delivering consultative solutions focused on quality, speed, and professionalism, and driving new account acquisition while fostering long-term customer partnerships.

Requirements

  • Experience in the staffing industry
  • Professional presence, strong communication skills, and a consultative selling approach.
  • Proven success generating new business with tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.
  • Business acumen—able to discuss market trends in professional, clerical, and specialized roles.
  • Strong organization, time management, and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and outside sales experience.
  • Must reside in Dallas, TX area

Responsibilities
