About The Position

As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you’ll begin your career in our 8-week Oxford Sales Academy (OSA), an immersive training program designed to give you the skills, confidence, and real-world experience to succeed in sales. You’ll learn how to build relationships, identify business opportunities, communicate with clients, and develop the core sales skills you’ll use throughout your career. Upon successfully completing the Academy, you’ll be prepared to advance into a full-time Business Development Representative (BDR) role and take the next step in building your career at Oxford. Requirements

Responsibilities

Prospect into live client accounts, setting real meetings and earning commission on each meeting completed.
Apply proven sales techniques in live client conversations, from first contact to qualifying the opportunity.
Partner with a senior Account Manager to identify target accounts and turn prospecting outreach into real deals with uncapped commissions.
