About The Position

Oatly is seeking a Business Developer to expand its presence in Denmark’s Out of Home (OOH) market. Based in Copenhagen, this role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and other businesses in the Horeca and coffee scene. The work is largely field-based, involving visits to prospective customers, conversations with decision-makers, attentive follow-up, and explaining how Oatly can support their businesses and introduce plant-based alternatives. The Business Developer will build and maintain a network in the Copenhagen OOH landscape, map contacts and manage prospecting activities in Oatly’s CRM system, support events and brand activations, and meet sales targets while promoting Oatly’s values. The role reports to the Commercial Director OOH and involves working independently as well as collaborating closely with a small Danish team. Oatly describes itself as the original oat drink company, working to make it easier for people to eat better and live healthier lives without recklessly taxing the planet’s resources. Sustainability, nutritional health, and trust are central to its mission.
