About The Position

NTT DATA is seeking a Business Consulting Director to drive revenue growth and market share across geographies by leveraging emerging technologies inside and outside the company. The role works with senior executives across operating companies and partner organizations, and reports directly to NTT DATA, Inc.’s Chief Digital Assets Officer.

The Director will build and operate an internal innovation business, including global Centers of Excellence and teams spanning operating-company boundaries. The role also oversees budgets for administrative needs and client-facing proofs of concept, reports the return on investment of innovation funding, screens potential pre-M&A opportunities and startup investments, and develops solutions to expand business in Sports, Media, and Entertainment, as well as other higher-margin industries such as retail, hospitality, and Quick Service.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and market share across geographies by leveraging emerging technologies inside and outside NTT.
• Collaborate with operating-company presidents and senior executives to build and manage regional Centers of Excellence around the globe.
• Interface with C-level executives at partner organizations to deliver high-value, cutting-edge solutions that achieve C-level adoption at client organizations.
• Build and operate an internal innovation business, coordinating internal resources across operating-company boundaries and senior-level consultants to drive strategic market penetration.
• Manage annual budgets for team administration and client-facing proofs of concept.
• Report the return on investment of innovation funding to operating-company leadership.
• Identify potential pre-M&A opportunities.
• Screen startup investments before innovation initiatives.
• Develop solutions to expand the business in Sports, Media, and Entertainment, and in other higher-margin industries including retail, hospitality, and Quick Service.
