The ideal candidate will be able to make data-driven decisions and lead enterprise solutions across various business areas. This role involves planning, organizing, directing, and leading the performance transformation program to achieve strategic and financial objectives. The consultant will develop strategies for improving organizational performance and program success, maintain monitoring activities for program initiatives, and manage large-scale, complex, strategic projects. Responsibilities include developing plans, monitoring progress, managing risk, validating outcomes, and informing key stakeholders about the process and results. The role also requires effective communication of program performance, its impact, and performance to plan. The consultant will engage with business unit leaders and employees on performance improvement facilitation and implementation, contribute to corporate business results through insight and innovative problem-solving, and develop metrics, analyze performance, and conduct root cause analysis. Problem-solving will be initiated using data analysis tools, performance measurements, and decision-making processes. The consultant will assess and diagnose process-related problems affecting optimal performance, create formal presentations and discussion documents for the senior executive team, and develop reports summarizing data to support sound business decisions. Other duties may be assigned.
