About The Position

We are hiring a Business Consultant to drive large-scale technology transformation initiatives and serve as a strategic right-hand partner to senior leadership. This role is focused on leading complex, enterprise-level programs such as cloud transformations, Workday implementations, Oracle deployments, and large-scale engineering initiatives. This position requires a strong background in client-facing consulting (Big 4 or similar), combined with deep experience managing large engineering programs and bridging the gap between technical delivery and business objectives. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and extension of leadership, helping guide critical transformation and engineering programs while maintaining strong oversight across timelines, risks, and deliverables.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in client-facing consulting (Big 4 or Similar)
  • Proven experience leading client engagements in an external consulting environment, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (Director, VP, C-level)
  • Strong track record of driving program outcomes, influencing decisions, and managing executive-level communications
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and deliver value in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-team engineering programs (software, platform, or infrastructure) at enterprise scale (e.g., Leading Oracle or Workday transformation or implementation projects)
  • Ability to engage deeply with engineering teams on technical design, trade-offs, scalability, performance, and reliability (e.g., cloud architecture, microservices, integrations, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Hands-on experience driving execution across the full SDLC, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, release management, and production readiness, while proactively managing technical risks, dependencies, and constraints across multiple teams
  • Proven ability to gather, interpret, and refine business requirements into clear technical execution plans
  • Experience bridging communication between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure alignment and delivery
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to connect business goals to technical solutions and measurable outcomes
