About The Position

The Senior Business Change Manager is an individual contributor responsible for working with management to identify and implement projects, programs, and plans that support business unit and enterprise goals. The role is virtual full-time, except for required in-person training sessions. Candidates must be within reasonable commuting distance of the posting location unless an accommodation is granted as required by law. The stated work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

• A BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of process improvement, business change, or project-related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Problem-solving, facilitation, and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budgets.
• Knowledge of process redesign.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential issues, project changes, and scope.
• Lead efforts to identify best practices.
• Identify impacted parties, business partners, and required resources.
• Develop and design processes and systems that support business needs.
• Design methods for integrating functions and processes.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses.
• Build support for business change throughout the business unit.
