About The Position

At U.S. Bank, the Business Banking Sales Manager reports to the Business Banking Market Leader and is responsible for the sales and service operations for business banking clients in an assigned market. This role drives growth in the business banking segment for companies with annual revenue of $2.5MM up to $50MM. The manager provides leadership to a business banking sales team to execute the One Bank strategy and grow market share. They are also responsible for delivering strategic direction and leadership to sustain profitability and annual growth of the market, fostering a customer-obsessed team culture, and overseeing relationship management, business development activities, and related risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically 10 or more years of business banking or relevant experience
  • Typically five or more years of management/leadership experience
