About The Position

The Healthcare Business Banking Leader is responsible for the sales and service operations for healthcare business banking clients in an assigned market. This role drives growth in the business banking segment for healthcare companies with annual revenue of up to $50 million. The leader provides strategic direction and leadership to a business banking sales team to execute the One Bank strategy, grow market share, sustain profitability, and achieve annual growth for the market. The position also fosters a customer-obsessed team culture while overseeing relationship management, business development activities, and related risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of West Region Healthcare COI network
  • Understanding of Healthcare Credit knowledge and products that fit and serve the healthcare clients in this revenue space
  • Typically 5 or more years of healthcare business banking or relevant experience
  • Typically five or more years of management/leadership experience
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
