Business Assistant / Project Manager

Carazo Enterprise SL
$1,800 - $2,500Remote

About The Position

Carazo Group is an international, multi-entity group built around the premium cigar brand Adrian Magnus. We operate across Europe, Latin America, and the United States — spanning B2B distribution to retailers, B2C e-commerce, field sales in Spain's estanco channel, and bonded-warehouse logistics. We are in a phase of rapid, structured growth and are building a strong leadership layer to scale the group. The role involves running a rolling portfolio of the group's operational and administrative projects end-to-end, including obtaining certifications, licenses, and permits; opening international bank accounts; and coordinating corporate setups across jurisdictions. The goal is to keep each project moving, chase external parties, maintain organized paperwork, and drive projects to completion so leadership does not have to.

Requirements

  • Proven track record running administrative or operational projects end-to-end, to completion.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the persistence to chase institutions until things are done.
  • Comfortable navigating licenses, certifications, bank onboarding / KYC, notaries, and government or corporate processes.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Comfortable with project-management tools (Asana / ClickUp / Notion / Trello) and spreadsheets / document management.
  • Reliable and remote-proven; delivers without daily supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Russian language proficiency.
  • Experience in company formation, corporate administration, licensing, banking / KYC, compliance, or paralegal-adjacent work.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
  • A project-management certification (Scrum / PMP) or a relevant degree.

Responsibilities

  • Run company projects end-to-end: certifications, licenses and permits, international bank-account openings, corporate and administrative filings, and new-entity or new-market setups.
  • Work with banks, licensing authorities, notaries, lawyers, agencies, and service providers; push each project to completion and unblock delays.
  • Prepare and track KYC files, corporate documents, and applications; keep everything organized, complete, and audit-ready.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, and status; follow up relentlessly and flag risks early.
  • Keep the Operations Manager / CEO updated with clear, concise status.
  • Help with broader business-assistant tasks as priorities require.

Benefits

  • USD 1,800–2,500 per month, depending on experience.
  • Full-time, fully remote.
  • Engaged as an independent contractor.
  • Broad exposure across the group's operations, working closely with the Operations Manager.
