Business Application Developer (All Levels)

Appian is seeking Technical Consultants to join their Customer Success team in Mexico City. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing custom software solutions using Appian's low-code platform for commercial clients. The successful candidate will have experience in object-oriented programming, database design, and working with clients to define business processes. • Design, develop, and implement custom software solutions using Appian's platform
• Work with clients to define business processes and gather functional and technical system requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build products using agile methodologies
• Have knowledge of object-oriented programming, APIs, relational databases, and SQL skills
• Familiarity with software testing practices, integrations using APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud)
• Possess a B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Mechatronics or related field/degree
• Experience with hands-on software development or technical consulting
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology and continuous learning
• Business English proficiency and ability to communicate with global customers
• Willingness to travel 20% to support customer engagements

• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing custom software solutions using Appian's platform
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming and developing APIs
• Familiarity with relational databases, database design/data modeling, and SQL skills
• Ability to work with clients to define business processes and gather functional and technical system requirements
• History of success on cross-functional teams and experience with agile methodologies
• Knowledge of software testing practices, integrations experience using APIs, and familiarity with AWS, AI, Analytics, Machine Learning, Google Cloud, Application Integration, Database, Developer Tools, Management & Governance, and Elastic Containers (preferred)
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Mechatronics, or related field/degree
• Experience with hands-on software development or technical consulting
• Excellent communication skills and passion for technology and continuous learning
• Business English proficiency and ability to communicate with global customers
• Willingness to travel 20% to support customer engagements
