About the position

Appian is seeking Technical Consultants to join their Customer Success team in Mexico City. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing custom software solutions using Appian's low-code platform for commercial clients. The successful candidate will have experience in object-oriented programming, database design, and working with clients to define business processes. Additionally, knowledge of software testing practices and familiarity with AWS, AI, Analytics, and other technologies is preferred. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement custom software solutions using Appian's platform
Experience in object-oriented programming and developing APIs
Work with relational databases and database design/data modeling, and SQL skills
Work with clients to define business processes and gather functional and technical system requirements
Success on cross-functional teams and experience building products using agile methodologies
Knowledge of software testing practices, integrations experience using APIs, and familiarity with AWS, AI, Analytics, Machine Learning, Google Cloud, Application Integration, Database, Developer Tools, Management & Governance, and Elastic Containers
B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Mechatronics or related field/degree
Experience with hands-on software development or technical consulting
Excellent communication skills, passion for technology and continuous learning, and problem-solving abilities
Business English proficiency and ability to communicate with Global Customers
Willingness to travel 20% to support customer engagements
