Distinguished Software Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Distinguished Software Engineer with expertise in low code platforms of development to join our team. This role will involve formulating and executing system designs that meet our business needs, with a focus on software design, architecture design, and data design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software product organizations and experience in developing enterprise-class database-centric applications. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong leadership and communication abilities.

• Creates a vision and solution architecture for the product, designing for extensibility, and the optimal technical approach suitable for solving the targeted use cases.
• Lead the creation of data, process, function models; awareness of software design and modeling approaches.
• Designs the solution for non-functional goals: modularity, extensibility, configurability.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure our software solutions are in alignment with the company's goals and strategies.
• Expertise in developing enterprise-class database-centric applications (ideally products).
• Participate in every phase of software development, ensuring successful application deployment.
• Design and optimize databases to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and stability of our systems.
• Lead architectural reviews and present solutions and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, ensuring our software solutions utilize modern practices.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field. A Master's Degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Software Solutions Architect in a software product organization.
• Extensive experience in modern software design, architecture design, and data design.
• Expertise in developing 3-tier applications, MVC architectures, and both low-code and J2EE applications.
• Proficient understanding of multiple programming languages and databases.
• Solid knowledge of software architecture patterns and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity and external customer and competitor awareness.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Industry certifications in software architecture or a related field (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience with low code platforms of development (preferred).
