About The Position

The Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the customer and Wipro delivery team, understanding and analyzing customer requirements and communicating them to delivery teams to support appropriate solutions. This role focuses on healthcare-related Epic workflow configuration, testing, validation, and go-live readiness. It also involves advising business stakeholders, assessing requests, implementing features and changes, troubleshooting, resolving testing issues, and configuring processes and experiences. The position contributes to domain expertise and knowledge-sharing across the organization through research, use cases, and market insights. The role is based in Louisville, Kentucky, with remote work and travel required once a month for one week. The stated expected compensation range is $80,000 to $158,000; final compensation depends on factors including location, minimum-wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Wipro notes that the role is eligible for its standard benefits, including medical and dental options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.

Requirements

8–10 years of experience.
Experience with Epic.
Professional experience in Product Management, Health Informatics, or Business.
Healthcare experience in Medicare, Medicaid, and EMR/EHR.
Experience in utilization management (UM) and case management (CM).
Epic Compass Rose/Healthy Planet certification.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between the customer and Wipro delivery team to understand customer requirements and communicate them to delivery teams.
Perform Epic workflow configuration, testing, validation, and go-live readiness activities.
Advise the business, evaluate requests, implement features and changes, troubleshoot, resolve testing issues, and configure processes and experiences.
Build domain expertise and contribute to the knowledge repository.
Interact with other business analysts to share expertise and increase domain knowledge across the vertical.
Write whitepapers, research papers, and points of view and share them with the consulting community.
Identify and create use cases from different projects or accounts that can be applied at Wipro to enhance the business.
Conduct market research and provide current inputs to project content and development.
