About The Position

The Business Analyst serves as a liaison between customers and Wipro’s delivery team, understanding and analyzing customer requirements and communicating them to delivery teams to support appropriate solutions. The role gathers and documents functional and non-functional requirements, supports RFP/RFI responses, presents proposed solutions, and works with delivery teams to validate that solutions meet customer needs. It also supports project planning and delivery, customer satisfaction, and the development of domain expertise and reusable knowledge.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience.
• Mandatory skill: Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with client engagement partners to understand RFP and RFI requirements and capture stated and unstated customer needs.
• Document scope, functional and non-functional requirements, features, workflows, and specifications.
• Work with project managers, presales teams, technical leads, and architects to develop accurate and timely RFP/RFI responses.
• Understand and communicate the financial and operational impacts of changes.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to clarify requirements, gather feedback, present proposed solutions or prototypes, and inform design changes.
• Build customer relationships, support business integration and lead generation, and use customer feedback to improve services and products.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to share customer feedback, review test cases for requirements coverage, and analyze proposed solutions, demonstrations, and prototypes before presenting them to customers.
• Facilitate change requests and provide timely input to QA and delivery teams during testing.
• Conduct integration testing and user acceptance demonstrations or testing to validate implemented solutions.
• Use data modeling to analyze findings and design improvements and changes.
• Review system capabilities and business specifications to support solution utilization and completeness.
• Assemble and review the complete RFP/RFI response or proposed solution before customer presentation.
• Support project managers and delivery teams in planning milestones, phases, and project components with the principal consultant.
• Challenge delivery-team assumptions about execution plans and help ensure quality deliverables are completed on time.
• Share expertise with other business analysts and build domain knowledge across the vertical.
• Write whitepapers, research papers, and points of view for the consulting community.
• Identify use cases that can support business enhancements across projects or accounts.
• Conduct market research and provide current content and insights to projects.
