About The Position

The Business Analyst will apply business analysis, data analytics, and Microsoft Power Platform skills to gather and document business requirements, analyze processes, develop Power BI reports and dashboards, and support data modeling, integration, and workflow automation. The role coordinates user acceptance testing and collaborates with business and technical stakeholders. The position is located in Juno Beach, Florida, and is limited to local candidates. W2 employment is required; any visa status is accepted except H-1B.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis and data analytics.
• Experience gathering requirements and producing BRD/FRD documentation.
• Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with UAT and systems analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
• Experience with data modeling and data integration.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Must be local to Juno Beach, Florida.
• Must be eligible for W2 employment; H-1B visa holders are not accepted.
