About The Position

We are looking for a Strong Middle Business Analyst to independently drive business analysis across discovery, presales, and delivery. The role works with international customers from various industries to transform business needs into scalable software solutions. It involves stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation, and support for strategic decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
Strong requirements engineering skills.
Experience with stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
Practical experience with Agile/Scrum and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Ability to work with ambiguous or incomplete requirements and structure them effectively.
Experience with user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, BPMN/UML, and process modeling.
Understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and basic system architecture concepts.
Experience participating in discovery and/or presales activities.
Ability to define scope, assumptions, dependencies, and risks.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of business analysis activities.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements elicitation and analysis through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
Prepare and maintain user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, business rules, and process descriptions.
Support presales activities, including RFP/RFQ analysis, scope clarification, and identification of assumptions, risks, and dependencies.
Participate in project estimation with project managers, technical leads, and solution architects.
Facilitate discovery phases and help structure solution scope and priorities.
Manage and prioritize requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain requirements traceability and support change management.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, product, and project management teams.
Support backlog refinement, release planning, and UAT activities.
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in requirements and raise them proactively.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Prepare clear documentation in Jira, Confluence, and other project tools.
