About The Position

Join our team as a Business Analyst at CASE Management Consulting! This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance (with the ability to obtain a CI poly). This position is contingent upon contract award. We are identifying qualified mid-level Business Analysts to support enterprise initiatives through a combination of strategic analysis, program leadership, and operational execution. This role serves as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, driving process improvements, supporting compliance efforts, and leading cross-functional programs aligned with organizational priorities. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, experience managing complex initiatives, and the ability to operate with increasing autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Holds an active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related field (or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis, program support, or related functional areas
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma)
  • Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Visio, or JIRA
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and information from multiple sources to develop reports, briefings, and strategic recommendations for leadership
  • Lead business process improvement and re-engineering initiatives; define and track performance metrics
  • Develop and review policies, guidance, and organizational performance assessments
  • Serve as a project lead/action officer, managing full lifecycle delivery (planning, execution, and closeout)
  • Build and maintain project schedules (IMS), test plans, and resource tracking to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide administrative and staff support, including meeting coordination, scheduling, and records management
  • Support IT audit activities (e.g., FISMA), including evidence review, tracking findings, and coordinating responses
  • Contribute to programs such as Continuity of Operations (COOP) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to manage requirements, resolve issues, and drive alignment
  • Lead and mentor team members while promoting continuous improvement
