Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading very collaborative teams and projects across various stakeholders
  • Experience developing presentations in various forums such as power point and video
  • Experience briefing senior executives and Government clients
  • Ability to work with engineers and technical teams to drive toward common communication tactics and story telling
  • Ability to quickly demonstrate strong leadership throughout the capture process for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience leading and winning complex captures and driving proposal submissions
  • Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners
  • Experience in the business development life cycle and solution selling methodologies
  • Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Advise on using business development tactics and techniques to advance our client's most challenging cyber mission needs.
  • Apply analytical best practices for data collection, aggregation, normalization, and analysis.
  • Analyze and process data, while creating and maintaining models and report templates and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions using Customer Relationship Management software and federal government acquisition solicitations.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with technical and growth colleagues to identify channels and appropriate markets to bring Booz Allen's commercial products to the warfighter.
  • Developing videos and scripts for bids for DoD and Civilian clients, including quick-to-market contracting vehicles and non-FAR based contracting vehicles, including Other Transaction Authority, Commercial Solutions Opening, and government marketplaces.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to fellow team members.
  • Provide business clients with detailed, actionable call plans, product roadmaps, and client engagement agendas.
  • Projects and deliverables will include graphical solutions for client business development needs.
