Requirements

3+ years of experience leading very large captures and developing complex technical solutions supporting bids for DoD and Civilian clients, including quick-to-market contracting vehicles and non FAR based contracting vehicles, including Other Transaction Authority, Commercial Solutions Opening, and government marketplaces
Experience with successful execution of all phases of a large and multi-year capture effort, including strategic planning, teaming, proposals, market, or competitive and price-to-win analyses
Experience briefing senior executives and Government clients.
Ability to quickly demonstrate strong leadership throughout the capture process for internal and external stakeholders
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience leading and winning complex captures and driving proposal submissions
Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners
Experience in the business development life cycle and solution selling methodologies
Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Advise on using business development tactics and techniques to advance our client's most challenging cyber mission needs
Apply analytical best practices for data collection, aggregation, normalization, and analysis
Analyze and process data, while creating and maintaining models and report templates and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions using Customer Relationship Management software and federal government acquisition solicitations
Coordinate and collaborate with technical and growth colleagues to identify channels and appropriate markets to bring Booz Allen's commercial products to the warfighter
Mentor and provide guidance to fellow team members
Provide business clients with detailed, actionable call plans, product roadmaps, and client engagement agendas
