About The Position

As an IT business analyst, you will have the chance to work with an agile team as they develop digital products to support your clients’ most pressing missions. You will implement business analytics and processes, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences. You will help develop leading-edge systems. Working with your team of engineers and alongside specialists, you will help identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You will learn to understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you will support your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Requirements

Experience working in a team environment
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by Spring or Summer 2026
