The Business Analyst will be responsible for defining, developing, and documenting user/stakeholders’ needs to support business requirements. This role involves assisting in the definition and documentation of business requirements objectives, deliverables, and specifications for new software programs and applications. The Business Analyst will also provide documentation and support for existing APD business applications regarding system enhancements, design, run, and monitor software performance tests on new and existing applications for error correction, improvement identification, and debugging. Additionally, the role requires liaising with network administrators, database administrators, system analysts, and business owners to resolve application/program issues.
