About The Position

The Team provides focused agile software development and maintenance for a mission-critical application for the government. Today, the application is a client server application developed using Microsoft .NET that supports a database repository of DNA profiles from individuals, unsolved scene evidence, and missing persons. The software allows local, state, and national laboratories to compare DNA profiles electronically, thereby linking serial crimes to each other and identifying suspects by matching DNA profiles from scenes to individuals’ profiles. Additionally, the software is used to assist with the identification of unidentified human remains, missing persons and disaster victims. The team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical/ Operational Readiness Program Analyst to support our Project and Program Managers in the successful execution of a complex program. This role is critical in bridging the gap between project management and our technical teams working on cutting-edge solutions in Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have technical experience and a passion for organization, enabling them to effectively track, document, and support the lifecycle of advanced software development, operational readiness, end user communications and integration projects. You will be a key individual contributor, responsible for providing analytical support, facilitating communication, and ensuring project objectives are met in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Experience supporting or coordinating projects in a technical domain, such as software development, cloud computing, or data analytics.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevSecOps frameworks (e.g., Jira, GitLab, Confluence).
