About The Position

As a Business Analyst, you will act as a key intermediary between business sectors and delivery teams. You will analyze business needs, processes, and challenges to define, recommend, and support the implementation of solutions aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. You will be involved in mandates of medium to high complexity, including transformation programs, multi-year projects, and initiatives involving packaged software or end-to-end integrated solutions. Depending on the mandate, your contribution will range from the upstream phases to the deployment, acceptance, and support of delivered solutions.

Requirements

• Ability to analyze business needs, processes, and challenges.
• Skills in defining, recommending, and supporting the implementation of solutions.
• Experience with transformation programs, multi-year projects, and packaged software or end-to-end integrated solutions.
• Proficiency in contributing to all project phases from upstream to deployment, acceptance, and support.
