About The Position
The Business Analyst will work with IT-related systems and projects in a fast-moving product environment. The role requires translating business needs into application and operational requirements, analyzing and mapping business processes, and facilitating collaboration between business and technical stakeholders. The analyst will independently manage priorities and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with IT-related systems or projects, including Business Analyst experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-service-oriented and/or IT-related field.
- 3+ years of experience in agile software development.
- Hands-on experience with Zephyr Scale, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-analysis skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into application and operational requirements.
- Strong business-process analysis and process-mapping capabilities.
- Strong facilitation skills and experience working with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage priorities and deliverables within a fast-moving product environment.
