About The Position

The Business Analyst III connects business stakeholders and IT delivery teams by translating business needs into clear requirements and process improvements. The role supports demand intake, business cases, prioritization, testing, and rollouts requiring IT participation, and validates outcomes identified in associated business cases. The position partners with HR stakeholders across areas such as employee core, payroll, compensation, and talent management, as well as with other business functions as needed. The role works with HR stakeholders and the Business Relationship Manager to define problems, validate assumptions, assess current and future processes, document requirements, and develop business cases. It also coordinates requirements clarification, user stories, test cases, user acceptance testing, rollout readiness, training, and communications with functional analysts, solution architects, and quality assurance. After implementation, the analyst assesses outcomes against success measures and identifies improvements, while technical troubleshooting and break/fix work remain outside the role. The position follows a 4:1 hybrid model: in office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. The role reports to the Manager, Business Relationship.
