Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in a data-centric role (e.g. analytics, business intelligence, business analytics, finance, investment banking, financial/risk modeling, pricing, management consulting, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or Finance or Combination of relevant education, experience and training
  • Ability to understand and act on complex, open-ended problems, and to adapt, operate, and thrive under ambiguity
  • Experience manipulating and summarizing data using SQL
  • Experience communicating results and insights to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience with data-visualization (ex: Looker, Tableau, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing forecasting models
  • Experience using in a statistical software such as Python or R
  • Experience in financial technology field

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on, in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for business and operational improvement across the organization
  • Conduct root cause analyses to understand the drivers of key performance metrics related to customer experience and internal efficiency
  • Develop and maintain core business metrics, performance dashboards, and recurring reports that provide a holistic view of company health
  • Define and track key KPIs to measure progress against strategic goals, ensuring alignment between operational execution and business outcomes
  • Deliver actionable insights into trends such as workflow efficiency, resource utilization, customer satisfaction, and service quality
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business, operations, and leadership teams to translate analytical findings into impactful strategies and process enhancements
  • Support strategic initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring data-driven decision-making and clear performance tracking
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and continuous improvement
