About The Position

The Business Analyst II is accountable for ensuring that project solution(s) to relevant opportunities and/or problems meet the Customer’s true needs. In working on medium-sized technology-related projects and/or phase(s)/component(s) of large technology-related projects which have generally medium complexity and/or medium business risk in collaboration with the project team, perform the following: Elicit and capture current state process and requirements associated with the problem or opportunity presented and facilitate the evaluation and understanding of the business true need via business analysis following Business Analysis best practices. Collaborate with project team to facilitate the definition of solution options both technical and business in nature. Collaborate with project team to analyze and evaluate solution options taking into consideration business, technical and security requirements and cost and benefits associated with each solution option. Work with the project team in continuing to refine and clarify the requirements for proper solution development and/or implementation. Individually or in partnership with a more senior Business Analyst train/mentor other Colleagues throughout the enterprise on business analysis best practices, System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) best practices and in execution of cross-functional project dependencies.
