Business Analyst (ERP) – Remote for Phoenix-Local Candidates – Up to $50/hr W2 – State Agency – 4-Month Contract
About The Position
SunSoft Online is hiring a Business Analyst for a state agency's Enterprise Resource Planning division. This is a remote work arrangement, but candidates must currently live in the Phoenix area, all work must be performed in Arizona, and an in-person interview in Phoenix is required. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations and project status reviews, coordinating the work of other Business Analysts, evaluating information to consolidate functional requirements, translating user requirements into business, functional, and test scenarios, and developing technical documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks and work collaboratively across teams
- Must currently live in the Phoenix area
- All work must be performed in Arizona

Responsibilities
- Preparing and delivering well-organized presentations and project status reviews to process owners, customers, and stakeholders
- Coordinating and overseeing the work of multiple Business Analysts on large, complex projects
