About The Position

The Business Analyst 3 gathers requirements and creates reports, facilitates the creation and analysis of business requirements, and works with business area personnel to design technical solutions. The role also provides guidance to business personnel on user acceptance testing, training, and implementation-related activities. The position is remote and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The stated duration is November 9, 2026 through August 31, 2027.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of strong interpersonal, collaborative, analytical, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English.
• At least 8 years of experience gathering requirements and creating reports.
• At least 8 years of experience facilitating the creation and analysis of business requirements and working with business area personnel to design technical solutions.
• At least 5 years of experience participating in and providing guidance to business personnel in developing and completing user acceptance testing, training, and implementation-related activities.
• At least 2 years of experience with Snowflake and Power BI.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the oil and gas industry.
