About The Position

Business Analysis Internship Position Are you ready to dive into the world of business analysis and make a meaningful impact on a real-world project? We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Analysis Intern to join our team and help us successfully transition from our current Managed File Transfer (MFT) vendor to a new one. This hands-on role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a critical initiative for our organization. As part of this internship, you'll play a key role in ensuring our MFT transition is smooth and successful. Here's what your day-to-day might look like: Stakeholder Collaboration: Meet with business stakeholders to understand their current processes and determine if previously created MFT tasks are still in use or can be retired. You'll be the go-to person for gathering insights and building relationships. Requirement Analysis: For tasks that are still needed, you'll work closely with IT to ensure these jobs are recreated within the new system accurately and efficiently. Change Tracking: Partner with the Project Manager to stay on top of all changes and updates. You'll help keep the transition organized by tracking progress and documenting key decisions. Testing and Verification: Coordinate with the business stakeholders to ensure all recreated jobs are thoroughly tested and meet their needs. You'll also facilitate sign-offs to confirm that everyone is satisfied with the final results. Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for business stakeholders throughout the project, ensuring their questions are answered and their requirements are met. Requirements

• Pursuing a Business Degree (Finance, Accounting, MIS, etc.)
• Must be enrolled in a university to be eligible for the internship
• Must be local to OKC for the internship

Nice To Haves

• Ideally can work 40 hours during the summer
• Summer Internship with the possibility of extending to through fall
