About The Position

RISK inc is an international iGaming company specializing in identifying and fostering the growth of high-potential entertainment markets. With over 1000 professionals across 20+ locations, the company operates in 10 countries, serving over 300,000 customers. Their global operations are built on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research, with a focus on iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics. The company is seeking a Business Analyst (ERP) to design and shape financial logic within their ERP systems, ensuring accurate technical implementation. This role involves business analysis, hands-on data work, and system design, requiring close collaboration with real financial data to validate system logic impacts on results and directly influence reporting accuracy and business decisions.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles
Experience with ERP or large-scale CRM system architecture
Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, JOINs, aggregations)
Experience with scripting (e.g., Python or advanced Excel/macros)
Strong experience in process modeling and business analysis
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong communication skills and systems thinking
Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
Proficiency in Ukrainian (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

Translate financial and business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams, ensuring accurate implementation of accounting logic
Design and optimize ERP processes, including accounting workflows, reporting structures, and cost allocation models
Write and run complex SQL queries to validate data, analyze relationships, and support decision-making
Ensure data integrity and accuracy of financial outputs across ERP systems and reporting layers
Validate the impact of scripts, automations, and system changes on financial results and accounting entries
Collaborate with finance, product, and engineering teams to align business logic with technical implementation
Model and document business processes and system logic
Quickly adapt solutions to changes in business processes and requirements
