About The Position

The Business Agility & Execution Enablement Lead is a senior individual contributor on M&T Bank’s Customer Experience & The Way We Work Enablement team. The role strengthens how complex strategic initiatives plan, make decisions, collaborate, and deliver outcomes. Working with EPMO leaders, Release Train Engineers, initiative leaders, and functional partners, the Lead diagnoses systemic execution constraints and designs, tests, and evaluates targeted improvements to flow, decision effectiveness, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery reliability. Through leadership and team coaching, the role builds business agility and connects capabilities across product, service design, change management, technology, operations, and risk and control. The Lead influences without direct authority and owns agreed enablement interventions, measures of impact, and capability transfer. The role does not own initiative delivery, the integrated program plan, budget, or train coordination; accountable initiative, train, and functional owners remain responsible for implementing and sustaining improved practices. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring onsite presence four days per week at an M&T Bank regional office. Candidates must live within reasonable commuting distance of one of the listed offices. The annual pay range is $107,500 to $179,100, with specific compensation based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
