About The Position

The Business Agility & Execution Enablement Lead is a senior individual contributor on M&T Bank’s Customer Experience & The Way We Work Enablement team. The role strengthens how complex strategic initiatives plan, make decisions, collaborate, and deliver outcomes. Working with EPMO leaders, Release Train Engineers, initiative leaders, and functional partners, the Lead identifies systemic execution constraints and designs, tests, and evaluates targeted improvements to flow, decision effectiveness, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery reliability.
