About The Position

As the Business Affairs Project Manager, you will be a critical part of our Creative Operations and Production team. You will be responsible for managing production finances, coordinating contracts, ensuring content compliance, and supporting the day-to-day operational needs of a fast-paced creative environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an invoicing, budgeting, legal, or production environment.
  • A degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with production contracts and legal documentation processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP and/or Monday.com is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee production-related financial processes, including budget tracking, vendor payments, and managing departmental spending.
  • Prepare, execute, and track legal documents such as NDAs, talent agreements, and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure all content and production activities comply with relevant industry regulations and standards (e.g., ASC, CARU, COPPA).
  • Maintain digital filing systems, project trackers, and production status reports.
  • Support and manage special projects related to creative operations and business affairs, proactively identifying and implementing solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams and external vendors to facilitate communication and streamline workflows.
