This role is an experienced professional with a strong background in software development. We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, defining system integrations, supporting Agile delivery processes, and ensuring successful implementation of solutions across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Define API contracts, integration requirements, and system interactions.
  • Support identity, access management, and governance-related initiatives.
  • Manage product backlogs, prioritization, and sprint planning activities in an Agile environment.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Support testing, UAT, and validation of implemented solutions.
  • Assist with rollout planning, documentation, user training, and adoption activities.
  • Create process maps, data flows, and requirement traceability documentation
