About The Position

We are hiring for our Commercial Department which provides excellent member service to commercial members. As a Commercial Small Business Advisor, you will assist small businesses in an assigned trade area, developing strategies to cultivate new commercial accounts. You will also provide comprehensive commercial account services to a portfolio of small business members including the provision of deposit and commercial loan products and services. This position is a bargaining unit position.

Requirements

• Secondary school diploma plus a minimum of approximately 6 years of related experience in a credit union or financial institution, 3 years of which must be as a lender, with some exposure to commercial accounts.
• Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

• Successful applicants will also be required to upgrade skills yearly by taking related courses in your education course checklist.
• The successful applicant will be required to undergo a bonding process that includes a criminal record check and credit check.
