About The Position

The Bus/Runner – Bar & Lounge supports front-of-house operations at Wynn Las Vegas bar and lounge venues by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness. The role assists bartenders, cocktail servers, and service teams by delivering beverages and service items, maintaining guest areas, resetting tables, and helping service run efficiently. The Bus/Runner contributes to a seamless guest experience and the venue’s presentation and luxury hospitality standards. The position involves frequent teamwork and guest interaction in a fast-paced, high-energy bar and lounge environment. A flexible schedule is required, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night operations. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain all required work cards and licenses.

Nice To Haves

Previous restaurant, bar, lounge, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly according to service standards.
Support bartenders and cocktail servers by maintaining table readiness and assisting with guest needs as directed.
Deliver beverages, glassware, garnishes, and other service items accurately and efficiently.
Monitor lounge and bar areas for cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout service.
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, respond to requests, or direct guests to the appropriate team member.
Monitor lounge flow and guest activity to anticipate operational and service needs.
Stock service stations and bars with glassware, garnishes, napkins, and other supplies.
Maintain side stations and service areas so the team has necessary tools and products available.
Support opening, running side work, and closing duties as assigned.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, seating areas, floors, bars, and service stations, and perform immediate cleaning as needed.
Follow sanitation, health, and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with bartenders, cocktail servers, hosts, runners, and management to support smooth service flow.
Support VIP and special guest experiences through timely service and operational assistance.
Follow Wynn policies, service standards, grooming guidelines, and health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service requirements.
Represent Wynn brand standards professionally and support Forbes Five-Star service standards and luxury hospitality expectations.
