About The Position
The Bus Person performs general duties related to serving guests promptly and efficiently, including cleaning up, stocking the restaurant with dishes and silverware, setting up special parties and events, and performing related work as required. The role is under general supervision and reports to Retail Management.
Requirements
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Deal tactfully and courteously with the public.
- Obtain an RBS Certification and Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of starting the position.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service skills are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Perform general table service and clean-up at table-service restaurants.
- Stock the dining area with proper dishes and silverware.
- Ensure each table is correctly set up.
- Move tables, chairs, and supplies for catered events.
- Keep assigned areas clean, orderly, and safe.
- Politely answer customers’ questions regarding the Organization.
