About The Position

As a childcare bus driver, you will ensure the safe transportation of children to and from the facilities. In addition to driving duties, you may also serve as a teacher, helping create a nurturing environment where children can thrive. The role may include guiding young learners, planning engaging activities, and cultivating strong partnerships with parents through open communication.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old.
• Hold a CDL and the credentials required for a Bus Driver in Oklahoma.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Child passenger safety training.
• Empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and changing circumstances.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of working with children.
