About The Position
Wyndemere is hiring a hospitality-focused Bus Driver to transport residents to grocery stores, monthly outings, and extended trips as scheduled. The position also assists with cleaning and maintenance duties as required. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday daytime-shift role, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of six months of experience as a bus or van driver required.
Nice To Haves
- Current CDL with Passenger Endorsement strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive a van, bus, or automobile on a regular schedule to meet resident needs.
- Assist residents on and off the bus or van, with or without a wheelchair lift.
- Track attendance and coordinate equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, and canes.
- Load groceries and other purchased items into the bus or van.
- Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
- Clean and wash the vehicle.
- Perform housekeeping functions as directed.
