About The Position

The Bus Driver transports students on scheduled routes and to or from special excursions. The role also ensures that the vehicle is in safe operating condition and that students remain safe while being transported, loaded, and unloaded. The position is listed as 35 hours per week.

Requirements

• School Pupil Activity Bus certificate.
• Valid California Class B Driver’s License with an “S” endorsement.
• Must participate in random drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Transport students over scheduled routes and to or from special excursions.
• Ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
• Ensure student safety during transport and while loading and unloading.
