About The Position

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking an energetic, highly motivated Universal Banker for its Monte Vista, Colorado branch. The role combines teller duties, personal banking, and customer service, providing retail banking products and services to customers. The Universal Banker processes customer transactions and requests while developing business opportunities with current and prospective customers. The position is full-time and works 30–35 hours per week. The hourly rate is $16.50–$19.00, depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location. Banking experience is a plus but is not required; training is provided.

Requirements

Customer service experience is required.
Cash handling experience is required.
Good computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Provide full-service banking, with a primary focus on service and sales to new and existing branch customers.

Address customer needs and support a positive experience over the phone and during branch visits.
Meet or exceed sales and referral goals, as well as individual and branch targets.
Inform customers about promotions, contests, and new account options.
