The Bullpen Coordinator is responsible for ensuring team adherence to facility policies and procedures in case and layer pick areas. This role involves working with the Inventory Control Coordinator to resolve inventory discrepancies and damage, operating forklift equipment safely, and covering Shipping Coordinator breaks as needed. The position requires data entry in various software programs, completion of clerical duties, and providing updates to the Leadership team regarding issues in the pick area, including recurring problems or issues caused by the opposite shift. The Bullpen Coordinator will also perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager and assist the Shift Supervisor in daily operations, including OS&Ds, bay consolidation, and RFT troubleshooting. A key responsibility is managing shift operations in the absence of the Shift Supervisor, which includes directing LTOs and coordinating workflow. Reliable attendance and adherence to safety and security standards are critical.
